Thank you again to all of our customers who have given us great feedback - good and bad.
We have listened again and made the following two improvements which are now live:
- The order products were being displayed after searching or using the "Model Finder" didn't make a lot of sense so we have now had this changed so the order of products returned after a search will be: Compatible Toner (Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow), Compatible Parts and then OEM Products. I'm sure you will find this a lot more user friendly.
- You can now go into your "Order History" and click into a specific order and view what you have/had ordered, quantities and where it was sent to. You can also reorder the whole order or individual items for that customer, and then go straight to the "Checkout".
